Description: The new contractor, FCC, provided a layer of service address points based on address data that EQC provided them. The DCGIS turned those service address points into unique polygons by Group+Day of Week. The result is a total of 10 unique polygon attributes (Group A-Mon, A-Tue, B-Mon, B-Tue, etc). The EQC further cleaned up those polygons to include all of the right-of ways for better geocoding results.Last updated by the EQC on 6/23/2020 to add the right-of-ways.
