Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This layer was derived from an Excel export from Omaha Planning (Stu Craven, P&amp;I). The records in the Excel table were geocoded by Parcel_No using the Parcels feature class [PIN]. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>130 records from the Excel export did not match a parcel. The match was done between Parcel_No and PIN. Most likely, these permits belong to parcels that no longer exist.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>After this result, an updated Parcels_Historic layer was used for georeferencing. This brought the match success rate up to 99.07% from 82.8%. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>For future updates, the 'UpdateCellTowers from csv' Notebook can be used. It is located in UpdateCellTowers  from csv.ipynb</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
